1. Customers:

a.         Pre-paid subcribers (active, one-way barred, two-way barred in validity) top up;

b.         Post-paids swap to pre-paids and top up;  

c.          Non applicable for new pre-paid.

2. Offer:

50% additional into balance for every top-up.
