Hanoi, in the evening of November 4^th 2009, at the Intercontinental Hotel, 1A Nghi Tam road, the Gala Dinner of 20^th annaversary celebration in Vietnam was taken place with aim to bid for a foundation of Operation Smiles for Vietnamese disadvantaged children. The Gala was presented by the asian movie star Thanh Long as a Global Operation Smiles Ambassador together with his counterpart Ly Nha Ky (the ambassador of Smiles), Vietnamese singer My Tam, Dam Vinh Hung and other businessmen.
